- Set and communicate GP Strategies’ global vision for technology and product portfolios
- Own a worldwide roadmap shaped by client needs, market developments, and business priorities
- Evaluate whether technology solutions should be built, purchased, integrated, or delivered through partners
- Direct the creation of technology-enabled products and services that support business growth
- Rank initiatives by client impact, commercial value, strategic alignment, and delivery practicality
- Create governance processes and investment models for the technology and product portfolio
- Define the strategy for AI-enabled products, services, and internal capabilities
- Find ways to use automation, data, and AI to improve efficiency, client results, and market differentiation
- Ensure solutions can scale securely and follow responsible AI principles
- Lead international teams across Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Support Services
- Foster a high-performing culture built on innovation, accountability, agility, and ongoing improvement
- Work with organizational stakeholders to deliver and embed strategic initiatives
- Create technology-enabled solutions that strengthen competitive positioning
- Contribute to proposition development, client relationships, and revenue growth through technology innovation
- Assess performance through business results, client value, adoption, and commercial measures
- Report to the Chief People & Technology Officer
