Executive Assistant to the Founder - Dubai Hybrid
Support SEO Sherpa’s Founder and CEO with executive administration, office operations, vendor management, VIP relationships, and agency events. This hybrid, full-time role is based in Dubai.

- Provide senior-level support to the Founder, CEO, and leadership team.
- Oversee email and calendar management.
- Arrange business travel.
- Process visas and insurance matters.
- Manage invoicing activities.
- Run day-to-day in-office operations from end to end.
- Screen internal and external requests to preserve the CEO’s time for high-priority work.
- Act as a trusted contact for VIP clients and brand partners.
- Participate in leadership meetings, document decisions, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Keep department heads on track with their deadlines.
- Write and distribute company-wide communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage vendor and service-provider contracts and pricing.
- Organize office events, celebrations, special initiatives, and the annual conference.
- Develop practical experience in SEO, PPC, and other areas of digital marketing alongside specialists.
