Digital Account Director - Yorkshire Remote
Lead high-value digital advertising accounts across Yorkshire for Yell’s local-business marketing solutions. Grow client spend, win new business, and support the development of digital sales teams.

- Manage a customer portfolio with annualised spend of £8,000 to £70,000
- Retain, develop, and increase customer spend through effective digital marketing solutions
- Generate growth sales through premium and tailored products
- Develop advertising programmes that match client needs and minimum spend thresholds to win new digital opportunities
- Win new business from high-value customers seeking digital agency-style solutions
- Partner with the Field Sales Manager and BDM team to create strong referral opportunities
- Contribute to BDM training and professional development across the territory
- Build effective working relationships with digital marketing, product, commercial, learning and development, marketing, and finance teams
- Lead training and onboarding sessions for new and existing colleagues
- Promote best practices and help build a high-performing sales culture

- Must live within the territory covering Yorkshire
- At least three years of experience managing high-value digital advertising accounts
- Demonstrated success in digital sales, including customer retention and high-value acquisition
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and related technology
- Able to maintain a personal development plan and keep up with digital market and competitor activity
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex digital concepts clearly and concisely
- Emotionally intelligent, respectful, professional, and collaborative
- Task-focused, customer-oriented, and prepared to make an additional effort when needed
- Flexible and able to respond quickly to changing priorities, targets, and strategies
