  • Manage a customer portfolio with annualised spend of £8,000 to £70,000
  • Retain, develop, and increase customer spend through effective digital marketing solutions
  • Generate growth sales through premium and tailored products
  • Develop advertising programmes that match client needs and minimum spend thresholds to win new digital opportunities
  • Win new business from high-value customers seeking digital agency-style solutions
  • Partner with the Field Sales Manager and BDM team to create strong referral opportunities
  • Contribute to BDM training and professional development across the territory

Talablar

  • Must live within the territory covering Yorkshire
  • At least three years of experience managing high-value digital advertising accounts
  • Demonstrated success in digital sales, including customer retention and high-value acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and related technology
  • Able to maintain a personal development plan and keep up with digital market and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex digital concepts clearly and concisely
  • Emotionally intelligent, respectful, professional, and collaborative
  • Task-focused, customer-oriented, and prepared to make an additional effort when needed
  • Flexible and able to respond quickly to changing priorities, targets, and strategies
