Data Analyst (Remote, Philippines)
Analyze marketplace data for a B2B purchasing platform, turning it into dashboards and insights for commercial and operations decisions. Use SQL, Snowflake, Sisense, and Tableau to support performance analysis and reporting.

- Turn raw marketplace data into reliable insights for commercial, supplier, and operations teams
- Manage recurring reports and deliver ad hoc analysis
- Create dashboards and visualizations that help leadership track platform performance and identify opportunities to improve
- Develop and maintain Snowflake SQL queries to extract, join, and aggregate spend, catalog, supplier, and order data
- Clean and structure inconsistent source data into documented, reusable tables and views
- Create and maintain Sisense and Tableau dashboards covering GMV, supplier performance, take rate, and catalog coverage
- Scope and answer analysis requests from Supplier GTM, Business Development, Customer Relations, and Operations
- Check data quality, reconcile figures across sources, and surface discrepancies
- Share findings through clear charts and concise written explanations for non-technical audiences
- Record query logic, table definitions, and metric calculations
- Assist the Senior Data Analyst with larger analytics initiatives while progressively owning individual workstreams
Талаптар
- Two to three years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a comparable role; substantial internship experience is considered
- Advanced SQL capability, including joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and debugging existing queries
- Practical experience with at least one business intelligence platform, such as Tableau, Sisense, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience cleaning and transforming data with SQL, Python and pandas, or Excel
- Working knowledge of a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent practice of checking figures before sharing them
- Clear written and spoken communication, including the ability to explain findings to non-technical colleagues
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience
- Python experience for data preparation or automation is preferred
- Experience with dbt or a comparable data transformation framework is preferred
- Familiarity with marketplace, ecommerce, or procurement data is preferred
- Exposure to life sciences, laboratory supplies, or B2B purchasing is preferred
- Experience working with CRM data, including HubSpot or Salesforce, is preferred
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate querying and analysis is preferred
