Customer Marketing and Support Coordinator (Hybrid, Sydney)
Support mlcoa’s medico-legal services through customer coordination, marketing campaigns, events, digital content and enquiry management. Organise national webinars, conferences and communications across the business.

- Coordinate marketing communications, campaigns and publishing schedules
- Manage mlcoa’s LinkedIn content and track its performance
- Maintain and update website content
- Create marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, brochures and infographics
- Coordinate conferences, sponsorships and educational events
- Support the national webinar programme from promotion through delivery
- Prepare EDMs and other customer-facing communications
- Maintain organised marketing activities and calendars
- Work with stakeholders across mlcoa and MedHealth
- Respond to customer enquiries through the national inbox
Талаптар
- Prior experience in a comparable marketing, communications or coordination position
- Experience producing EDMs with platforms such as HubSpot
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools
- Adobe experience is desirable
- Strong visual judgement and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Demonstrated organisation and prioritisation abilities
- Proactive, self-directed working style with the ability to operate independently
- Marketing qualifications or knowledge of IME and medico-legal services is desirable
