  • Provide strategic and operational oversight of Netflix communications across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
  • Manage publishing calendars, photo shoots, video productions, and influencer partnerships.
  • Continuously improve processes.
  • Independently prepare and deliver strategic and pitch presentations for the client.
  • Conduct business and financial negotiations.
  • Manage project budgets and profitability.
  • Track activities, analyze KPIs, and report results.
  • Develop long-term recommendations with the strategy team.
  • Advise the client on developing its marketing activities.

  • At least five years of experience managing social media projects.
  • Experience working with large international brands and lovebrands.
  • Fluent English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and marketing.
  • Experience coordinating projects with creative teams and within the influencer industry.
  • Experience delivering presentations and pitches, negotiating with clients, and managing project budgets.
  • Interest in and knowledge of artificial intelligence.
