  • Shape strategic direction with Primary Care Organization and CenterWell leaders, converting strategy into measurable business outcomes
  • Address complex business challenges and assess strategic opportunities
  • Conduct structured, hypothesis-led analyses using financial models, qualitative findings, and market research
  • Turn complex information into executive presentations and recommendations for leadership and Board decisions
  • Assess opportunity feasibility, risks, and implementation requirements
  • Manage high-priority workstreams, including plans, dependencies, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and risks
  • Coordinate cross-functional participation through working sessions and stakeholder alignment activities
  • Create business cases, value assessments, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates
  • Report to the Associate Vice President of PCO Strategy
  • Help coordinate execution across the Primary Care Organization

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years with a management consulting firm or 4+ years in a strategic role applying core consulting skills, with progressively increasing responsibility
  • Experience defining and resolving complex business problems through quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Experience building financial models, interpreting operational and financial data, and preparing business cases
  • Experience converting strategy into actionable plans and advancing cross-functional execution through influence and stakeholder management
  • Experience producing polished executive presentations and deliverables that explain complex ideas clearly
  • Ability to work Eastern Time hours
  • Previous healthcare experience, preferably in healthcare services or care delivery
  • Experience operating in a highly matrixed organization with multiple business units
  • Initiative, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic setting
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to improving patient experiences and outcomes
  • Home internet providing at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
  • Dedicated workspace with no ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI and HIPAA information
