Guide healthcare customers after implementation of ICU Medical infusion technologies. Analyze infusion data, improve medication safety, and share recommendations with clinical and executive leaders.

- Guide customers through post-implementation use of ICU Medical infusion technologies with clinical expertise, data-informed consulting, and strategic engagement.
- Provide proactive customer support, analyze infusion data, and help improve infusion practices over time.
- Act as the lead clinical contact for assigned accounts moving from implementation to ongoing support.
- Offer consultative guidance and conduct onsite post-implementation Wellness Checks.
- Review complex infusion pump data, smart pump utilization, alert logs, and drug library compliance.
- Turn analytics into clinical recommendations for medication safety, workflow improvements, root-cause investigations, and performance gains.
- Lead executive reporting and presentations for ICU Medical’s Executive Data Analytics Program.
- Present strategic findings to C-suite, pharmacy, nursing, and informatics leaders.
- Work with Sales, Professional Services, Implementation, and Technical Support on onboarding, retention, and issue resolution.
- Stay current on ICU Medical infusion devices, software, interoperability solutions, and medication administration practices.
- Travel more than 50% of the time.
Талаптар
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN), pharmacy (PharmD or BS Pharmacy), healthcare informatics, or a related clinical field.
- Have at least five years of acute care clinical experience, preferably in infusion therapy or a related area.
- Clinical consulting, interoperability, or clinical informatics experience is preferred.
- Tableau experience is a plus.
- Have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM or business automation systems.
- Hold an unrestricted RN nursing license.
- Hold an unrestricted driver’s license.
- Have a demonstrated background in clinical data analytics, executive presentations, or clinical consulting in the medical device or healthcare IT sector.
- Remote work is available in states other than Colorado, California, Connecticut, Montana, Maine, and New York.
