- Help plan, conduct, and monitor clinical trials in line with protocols, regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinate site initiation, participant recruitment, data collection, and monitoring visits
- Work with Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Biometrics teams on study delivery
- Keep complete study records and documentation aligned with regulations and standard operating procedures
- Assist with trial close-out, including data cleaning, analysis, and clinical study report preparation

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related discipline
- Prior clinical research or healthcare experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or contract research
- Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Careful, analytical approach with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance
- Clear communication and relationship-building skills for cross-functional and clinical-site collaboration
- Ability to travel when required
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located
