  • Help the B2B Sales & Marketing Manager and Wholesale team grow the business.
  • Plan and deliver B2B marketing activity across all territories.
  • Coordinate seasonal launches, including brochures, training materials, creative assets, emails, app content, and website updates.
  • Run B2B email marketing campaigns.
  • Keep the B2B sales app up to date, including product categories, collections, prices, imagery, and stock availability.
  • Maintain and review B2B websites and product listings.
  • Respond to Sales Agents’ daily queries and help resolve issues promptly.
  • Report on and analyse sales performance, campaign outcomes, customer engagement, and website activity.
  • Find new wholesale marketing opportunities and assess enquiries from prospective stockists.
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends, and gather customer feedback.
  • Keep sales and marketing information accurate and consistent across internal systems and customer-facing platforms.
  • Coordinate trade press advertising briefs and editorial opportunities.
  • Support Wholesale and Events teams with sales and marketing needs for stores and external stockists.
  • Build effective working relationships across Sales, Marketing, Creative, Operations, Customer Experience, and the Sales Agent network.
  • Provide sales administration for the UK and EU Sales Agent network.
  • Take on additional projects that support wholesale channel growth.

  • Previous experience as a coordinator or assistant in B2B sales, marketing, or commercial work.
  • A solid grasp of sales processes and marketing principles.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Experience maintaining product information and data, ideally on customer-facing sales or ecommerce platforms.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or sales management systems is an advantage.
  • Fashion, lifestyle, or jewellery industry experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
