Build relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers to understand their financing needs.
Grow the portfolio by presenting financing solutions and promoting Westlake Flooring Company offerings.
Research the market and industry trends to keep services competitive.
Oversee automotive floorplan account servicing and customer satisfaction.
Track account performance and address client concerns proactively.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.
Train and support dealerships on financing products and services.
Monitor dealership conditions and performance.
Maintain risk models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
Track portfolio results, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.

Fluent in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of the automotive industry across multiple sectors.
Financial acumen and working knowledge of financial tools and terminology.
Strong presentation, spoken, and written communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
At least two years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections.
Travel over 75%, including occasional overnight trips.
Able to travel by air and drive.
Able to sit and stand for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license.
