Support The Hartford’s enterprise risk management and financial risk analysis activities as an Associate Risk Analyst. Build expertise across insurance, financial, and operational risk while developing tools to measure and monitor exposure.

- Apply risk management methods to strengthen measurement of product-specific and broader financial market risks
- Develop detailed knowledge of one or more insurance product lines
- Learn how corporate profitability goals and risk tolerance shape risk decisions
- Build working knowledge of regulatory requirements and Stat, GAAP, and economic accounting for relevant products and strategies
- Expand understanding of the global economy and capital markets
- Gain exposure to asset-liability, equity, interest-rate, currency, longevity and mortality, operational, product design, policyholder behavior, and reinsurance risk management
- Help create and use advanced tools for measuring and monitoring risks across the firm
