  • Own the design, implementation, and daily operation of secure enterprise AI platforms across Azure, AWS, and private cloud
  • Administer and operationalize services such as virtual networks, Kubernetes, virtual machines, secrets management, messaging, storage, databases, AI/ML studios, LLM services, and Databricks
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts, infrastructure-as-code practices, deployment pipelines, and standardized platform runbooks
  • Apply native Azure, AWS, and private-cloud services to satisfy enterprise technology, security, resilience, observability, and compliance needs
  • Lead identity and access management, configuration management, monitoring, alerting, logging, incident response, and operational readiness practices
  • Work with application, data, risk, cybersecurity, architecture, and business teams to turn platform requirements into dependable AI operations capabilities and reusable enterprise patterns
  • Support production readiness assessments, resilience testing, disaster recovery planning, vulnerability remediation, and control evidence for regulated AI environments
  • Advance platform standards, governance, documentation, service onboarding, and continuous improvement across AI platform operations

  • At least four years of full-time IT experience in cloud engineering, cloud support, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, DevOps, MLOps, AI platform engineering, or cloud administration
  • Background designing, deploying, supporting, and operating Azure, AWS, or private-cloud environments, including IaaS, PaaS, container platforms, managed services, and production support
  • Experience with Terraform, Backstage, Harness, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, environment management, and deployment automation
  • Hands-on knowledge of virtual networks, Kubernetes, virtual machines, secrets stores, messaging, object and file storage, databases, AI/ML studios, LLM services, and Databricks
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, information technology, or a related technical discipline
  • Track record deploying and supporting enterprise workloads in Azure, AWS, or private cloud with appropriate security, resilience, and monitoring controls
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, shell scripting, or comparable automation languages for cloud infrastructure and platform operations
  • Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, resilience testing, incident management, or production support
  • Knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle concepts, LLM services, model hosting, responsible AI controls, MLOps, observability, and production readiness is preferred
  • Experience in regulated financial services, risk-managed environments, or other highly controlled technology settings is preferred
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated ownership, operational rigor, and the ability to manage issues through resolution
  • Experience collaborating with large, global, and diverse teams across locations and functions
  • Solid understanding of AWS, Azure, or private-cloud services, including enterprise security, networking, and resilience requirements
  • Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including the ability to turn operational needs into defined actions, standards, and deliverables
