Description
- Prepare accounting records and gain experience with accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor and reconcile payment transactions and accounts
- Review and process travel expense and credit card statements
- Organize and maintain digital documents
- Handle organizational tasks in office management
- Contribute to projects that digitize and improve finance processes
- Assist with financial analysis, reporting, and other finance projects based on your interests and experience
- Support the team’s daily operations
Requirements
- Currently studying business administration, finance, accounting, or a related subject
- Some initial experience in accounting or finance
- Confident with MS Office or Google Workspace
- Initial experience with accounting software such as DATEV DUO is an advantage
- Fluent German and good English
- Work in a structured, careful, and independent manner
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking
- Reliable, collaborative, and eager to learn
