Workday Integration Consultant (Hybrid, Latvia)
Deliver secure, scalable Workday integrations for Vivicta, a Nordic technology transformation company. Lead implementations, advise customers, support pre-sales, and mentor fellow consultants.
Description
- Own Workday integration delivery from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Develop integrations with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio
- Build and maintain REST, SOAP, and file-based integrations, including SFTP and event-driven solutions
- Investigate and resolve complex integration flows
- Maintain delivery quality through disciplined testing practices
- Guide customers and colleagues on integration best practices, security, and architecture
- Identify and propose enhancements to improve client integrations
- Contribute to pre-sales by defining scope, preparing estimates, and developing solution proposals
- Coach and mentor consultants within your area of expertise
Requirements
- Practical Workday integration experience with JSON, XML, REST/SOAP, XSLT, SFTP, encryption, and file transformation
- Ability to interpret and troubleshoot complex integration logic and data flows
- Experience using source control and testing practices, including Git and unit testing
- Strong understanding of secure, privacy-conscious, and performance-oriented integration design
- Clear communication and effective collaboration skills
- Customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to quality
- Proactive and forward-looking working style
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience with SAP CPI, Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, or another integration platform is an advantage
- Knowledge of authentication and security standards such as SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and certificates
- Successful completion of background checks is required for final candidates
- Security clearance may be required for certain roles
