Description
- Manage accounting and reporting activities for corporate functions and related controls
- Lead accurate financial reporting and analysis across the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
- Support external filings, including 10-Q and 10-K reports
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Enhance internal controls and maintain audit readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver financial insight and strategic guidance
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Develop effective relationships across multiple business functions
- Promote integrity, collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field plus four years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related area, or six years of relevant experience
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Strong experience in accounting and financial reporting
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and audit frameworks
- Ability to lead complex work, manage cross-functional initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience leading process transformation and improving operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Preferred: Relational Database Management System experience
- Preferred: Experience working on cross-functional teams or projects
- Preferred: Master of Business Administration
- Preferred: Certified Public Accountant certification
