Descriere

  • Manage accounting and reporting activities for corporate functions and related controls
  • Lead accurate financial reporting and analysis across the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
  • Support external filings, including 10-Q and 10-K reports
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Enhance internal controls and maintain audit readiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver financial insight and strategic guidance
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Develop effective relationships across multiple business functions
  • Promote integrity, collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field plus four years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related area, or six years of relevant experience
  • At least one year of supervisory experience
  • Strong experience in accounting and financial reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and audit frameworks
  • Ability to lead complex work, manage cross-functional initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading process transformation and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Preferred: Relational Database Management System experience
  • Preferred: Experience working on cross-functional teams or projects
  • Preferred: Master of Business Administration
  • Preferred: Certified Public Accountant certification
