Vehicle Inventory Representative / Auditor – Alabama Remote
CCC Intelligent Solutions is hiring a part-time vehicle inventory representative and auditor to inspect dealership vehicles and automotive repair facilities across Mobile-area routes. The role involves documenting vehicle data, completing audits, and traveling extensively between assigned locations.
Description
- Perform assigned audits at automotive repair facilities according to OEM and manufacturer guidelines, subject to site availability and scheduling.
- Complete monthly dealership vehicle inventories by their deadlines, choosing when to perform the work within the assigned schedule.
- Travel to designated dealerships to document used-vehicle fleets.
- Record each vehicle’s VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage.
- Carry out required visual inspections and accurately document vehicle and audit findings.
- Submit complete, accurate data on time to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.
- Work independently while meeting established quality requirements and deadlines.
Requirements
- Able to work outdoors in a range of weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi internet access for submitting data.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Self-directed approach with strong time-management abilities.
- Residence within a reasonable driving distance of the assigned inventory route, with availability to travel up to 150 miles for scheduled audit work.
- Comfort using required tablet-based applications and systems for vehicle inventory and audit assignments.
- Sufficient weekday daytime availability for recurring monthly inventories and scheduled audits.
- Completion of a video interview is required.
- Generative AI and automated assistance may not be used during interviews unless the interview team explicitly permits it for a specific exercise.
