Description

  • Join Vanguard's technology talent pipeline through internships, co-ops, leadership programs, and entry-level engineering roles
  • Complete three high-visibility, eight-month rotations across Vanguard's technology organization through the Technology Leadership Program
  • Build technical expertise alongside business knowledge and leadership capabilities
  • Contribute to technology initiatives that support Vanguard clients and crew
  • Address business challenges and deliver impactful projects through the IT College-to-Corporate Internship Program
  • Learn Agile development methods and contemporary technology practices
  • Build professional connections with leaders and early-career technology colleagues
  • Gain six months of extended practical experience through the IT Co-op Program
  • Work on production-oriented technology projects with engineers, analysts, and technology leaders
  • Create front-end and back-end solutions as an Application Engineer
  • Apply and support test-driven development practices
  • Create and improve continuous delivery pipelines
  • Develop scalable applications with modern engineering methods and cloud technologies
  • Partner with Agile teams to deliver solutions for clients and the business

Requirements

  • Pursuing or holding a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related technical field for the Technology Leadership Program
  • Currently enrolled in a related STEM bachelor's or master's program for the IT College-to-Corporate Internship Program
  • Currently enrolled in a technology-related degree program for the IT Co-op Program
  • Hold an undergraduate degree in a related field or have an equivalent combination of education and experience for the Application Engineer Technology Program
  • Have 0–3 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Show leadership experience or clear leadership potential
  • Bring strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Be motivated to learn and contribute in a collaborative technology setting
  • Maintain strong academic performance
  • Demonstrate technical curiosity and initiative
  • Have an interest in software engineering, cloud technologies, and application development
  • Bring strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Be willing to work in a hybrid model
  • These positions do not offer visa sponsorship
