UX Designer – Copenhagen, Hybrid

Own end-to-end UX design for Visma DataLøn, a Danish payroll and HR software product. Lead research, UX direction, prototyping, and measurable improvements to the user experience.

Description

  • Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and problem definition through user flows, prototyping, delivery, and initiative support
  • Help shape the overall UX direction and establish high UX standards across product teams
  • Collaborate daily with product teams, developers, and Product Managers to develop initiatives
  • Build user insight through interviews, usability testing, and behavioral data analysis
  • Strengthen UX capability, visibility, and user-centered culture across the organization
  • Make user experience improvements measurable by reducing process time and increasing perceived simplicity
  • Contribute to a strong design culture and act as an inspiring colleague

Requirements

  • Experience with end-to-end product design, from discovery and problem definition through user flows, prototypes, and delivery
  • Ability to develop user insight through interviews, usability testing, and behavioral data analysis
  • Ability to set a clear UX direction and establish high UX standards
  • Ability to approach UX work in a data-driven and purposeful way
  • Ability to constructively challenge priorities and explain how decisions affect the user experience
  • Interest in learning and simplifying the complex payroll and HR domain
  • Ability to work closely with Product Managers, developers, and other UX designers
