Description
- Research and confirm customer travel reservations
- Apply client travel policies while delivering consistent consultation
- Handle questions about DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other travel regulations
- Share information on fares, exchange costs, penalties, and related industry details
- Evaluate operational processes and commercial relationships, recommending improvements
- Maintain, communicate, and broaden knowledge across supported travel industries
- Respond to requests from current and prospective clients
Requirements
- Previous experience as a travel agent
- Relevant experience with the Sabre GDS
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Practical knowledge of travel-industry policies, procedures, and processes
- Flexibility to work varying schedules
- Eligibility to work in the United States
