Description

  • Operate and troubleshoot the transaction data warehouse and related business applications
  • Manage daily transaction-processing routines to maintain batch stability and system integrity
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve operational and financial reports
  • Support internal and external audits with technical assistance and required documentation
  • Administer identities and access for supported applications according to security procedures
  • Join the operational on-call rotation, including weekly shifts outside standard hours, to resolve critical incidents
  • Work with international teams, particularly colleagues in Serbia, and support global operations when issues are escalated

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Practical SQL experience covering queries, troubleshooting, and data manipulation
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English for daily international collaboration
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services is advantageous
  • Experience building or maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports is advantageous
  • Experience in banking, payment processing, or financial transaction operations is advantageous
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and audit frameworks such as SOX and PCI-DSS is advantageous
  • Strong analytical ability and practical problem-solving skills
  • Careful, detail-focused approach to identifying and reducing risk
