Transaction Data Warehouse Support Specialist – Euronet, Budapest Hybrid
Support Euronet’s global payment-processing systems by operating transaction data warehouses, processing routines, reports, access controls, audits, and incident response. The role includes international collaboration and scheduled out-of-hours on-call support.
विवरण
- Operate and troubleshoot the transaction data warehouse and related business applications
- Manage daily transaction-processing routines to maintain batch stability and system integrity
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve operational and financial reports
- Support internal and external audits with technical assistance and required documentation
- Administer identities and access for supported applications according to security procedures
- Join the operational on-call rotation, including weekly shifts outside standard hours, to resolve critical incidents
- Work with international teams, particularly colleagues in Serbia, and support global operations when issues are escalated
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
- Practical SQL experience covering queries, troubleshooting, and data manipulation
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English for daily international collaboration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services is advantageous
- Experience building or maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports is advantageous
- Experience in banking, payment processing, or financial transaction operations is advantageous
- Knowledge of compliance standards and audit frameworks such as SOX and PCI-DSS is advantageous
- Strong analytical ability and practical problem-solving skills
- Careful, detail-focused approach to identifying and reducing risk
