Systems Engineer – Fire and Security Solutions, Hybrid Gdańsk

Design and integrate fire-security systems for Aritech, part of Kidde Global Solutions. Lead system architecture, verification, reliability, and coordination across engineering teams.

Description

  • Translate product requirements into complete system solutions
  • Analyze the product lifecycle from concept and design through industrialization, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal
  • Carry out functional, timeline, requirements allocation, and interface definition analyses
  • Convert customer needs into hardware, software, and mechanical specifications
  • Break down customer and system requirements into subsystem and component requirements
  • Develop verification criteria and plans
  • Set objectives for requirements management, reliability, logistics, team coordination, and performance measurement
  • Assess technologies, resources, procedures, equipment, and systems to support organizational quality improvements
  • Maintain project information in Confluence and JIRA and build useful dashboards
  • Advance process optimization, reliability, system effectiveness, and collaboration between teams

Requirements

  • At least five years of relevant professional experience
  • A university degree in a technical field is preferred
  • Able to work independently with limited managerial supervision
  • Experience decomposing and allocating requirements
  • Experience conducting risk analysis
  • Experience with configuration management
  • Experience in system architecture and architectural exploration
  • Experience with system integration, verification, and validation
  • Experience with functional analysis, timeline analysis, and interface definition studies
  • Experience administering Confluence and JIRA, including building meaningful dashboards
  • Willing to relocate to Gdańsk, Poland
