System Analyst at DelfinGroup - Hybrid Latvia
DelfinGroup is seeking a System Analyst to turn business needs into clear, development-ready requirements for its financial and circular-economy services. The role covers integration mapping, PostgreSQL data validation, and collaboration with Agile product and delivery teams.
Description
- Lead business and systems requirements analysis and keep related documentation accurate
- Build a working understanding of the company’s products, systems, processes, integrations, and stakeholders
- Translate business needs into well-scoped development tasks with clear acceptance criteria
- Document business processes and data flows
- Drive requirements analysis across multiple initiatives
- Map system integrations, data flows, and dependencies
- Use SQL queries to validate and analyze data
- Work with business stakeholders, IT Product Owners, Architects, Development, and QA
- Surface inconsistencies, gaps, risks, and dependencies
- Strengthen requirements-gathering, analysis, documentation, and collaboration practices
- Provide regular updates on analysis progress, risks, and dependencies
- Keep system documentation current and reliable
Requirements
- At least three years of experience as a systems analyst or business analyst
- Anonymized examples of technical specifications, process diagrams, and integration descriptions
- Independent experience writing PostgreSQL queries for data validation and analysis
- Understanding of REST APIs and system integration principles
- Experience working with development teams in Agile settings, including task clarification, estimation, and acceptance criteria
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Ability to create process, system-interaction, and data-flow diagrams
- Knowledge of BPMN or UML is advantageous
- Experience with requirements analysis for lending or payment products is a plus
- High-level Latvian proficiency
- Professional-level English proficiency
