BuildlinX
BuildlinX
BuildlinX develops a hardware-agnostic building optimization ecosystem for commercial and industrial operators. Its end-to-end platform connects building sensors, control points, and cloud software, while retrofit capabilities increase operational data and enable direct control of technical systems. Using model-predictive control and AI, BuildlinX identifies anomalies, anticipates equipment failures, and optimizes energy consumption through autonomous, self-learning operation. The company focuses on decarbonization, lower operating costs, regulatory and ESG compliance, improved occupant comfort, and stronger building asset value.
