Requirements
- At least seven years of software engineering experience
- At least three years managing and developing engineering teams
- A track record of delivering consumer-facing software
- Experience driving execution in ambiguous environments
- Technical judgment across architecture, quality, and reliability decisions
- Experience leading substantial technical initiatives from conception through delivery
- Experience decoupling or re-platforming consumer-facing systems within defined time constraints is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational influence
- Ability to build alignment and deliver outcomes in complex settings without direct authority
- Equivalent practical experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
