Description

  • Plan, design, develop, and test software systems for enhancements and new products
  • Follow corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security requirements
  • Build, test, and deliver reliable software solutions
  • Create and review product and project deliverables, including impact assessments, specifications, manuals, and educational materials
  • Investigate and resolve issues reported by customers
  • Maintain practical knowledge of hardware, network, and application layers
  • Manage software dependencies to support effective solution implementation
  • Use technical and business judgment to evaluate product requirements, complex design decisions, and trade-offs
  • Represent the L3 support group during scheduled rotations
  • Handle additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience as a software developer
  • Proficiency in Core Java
  • Experience with at least one of these database platforms: SQL Server, MySQL, DB2, or Oracle
  • SCJP certification and previous Agile experience are preferred
  • Postilion software development or implementation experience is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of the payments domain is highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies is highly desirable
