Description

  • Independently plan, film, and produce visual and video content for Instagram, Meta, and TikTok
  • Attend events in arenas, stadiums, festivals, and community venues
  • Capture event atmospheres and deliver engaging content in real time
  • Prepare graphic assets and edit video formats using professional tools
  • Collaborate daily with the marketing team
  • Give and receive constructive feedback while continuously refining deliverables
  • Engage with audiences through comments and messages using the brands’ authentic tone of voice

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience managing social media and creating content for Meta, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Broad cultural and social awareness, with an interest in current social media trends
  • Advanced working knowledge of Figma
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  • Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is an advantage
  • Confidence using cameras or phones, basic lighting, and audio equipment in the field
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback
  • Excellent Czech, including style, grammar, and copywriting
  • Good English at B2 level for internal communication
  • Willingness to adapt to event schedules, including evenings and weekends in the field
