SGS Business Analyst, Remote in Spain

Support SGS transformation initiatives across ERP, cloud, reporting, and emerging technologies. Connect business stakeholders with technical teams to shape and deliver effective solutions.

Description

  • Elicit, assess, and confirm business requirements with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Lead workshops and collaborative discussions to define improvements and solution options.
  • Develop functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate communication between business users and technical delivery teams.
  • Assist with UAT and SIT testing activities.
  • Verify that delivered solutions align with business requirements and organizational goals.
  • Contribute across the solution lifecycle, from initial requirements through deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Support initiatives involving ERP, EPM, reporting, cloud transformation, Power BI, finance, Oracle EBS, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop trusted stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with effective stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • A curious, inquisitive approach with the judgment to ask effective questions.
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm for learning and developing new capabilities.
  • Confidence collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to take ownership of requirements across the complete project lifecycle.
  • Experience with ERP, SAP, Oracle, EPM, or finance processes is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work on-site during the first few months, particularly for less-experienced IT Business Analysts.
  • Eligibility and ability to work in Spain.
