Description

  • Work closely with the supported business team to understand its processes, regulatory requirements, and operational challenges
  • Research user needs through interviews, observation, and process analysis
  • Prioritize high-value problems and manage the backlog independently according to expected business impact
  • Turn business needs into clear specifications and recorded architecture decisions
  • Build, test, and deploy solutions across the full delivery lifecycle
  • Uphold production standards through reviews, testing, monitoring, and documentation
  • Use coding agents such as Claude Code to improve development speed
  • Embed AI into products through automation, extraction, generation, and business-focused agents
  • Set success measures with business teams, track adoption and impact, and refine solutions using data and feedback
  • Reuse Seyna platform components in partnership with Product and Engineering
  • Determine which components are suitable for industrialization
  • Disseminate AI-assisted development practices throughout the organization
  • Report directly to Guillaume, the CPTO
  • Deliver work in two-week sprints from discovery through production

Requirements

  • Proficiency in full-stack development with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
  • Experience with AWS and GitHub
  • Track record of delivering production-ready code
  • Strong engineering discipline across architecture, testing, code review, monitoring, and documentation
  • Regular experience working with coding agents
  • Ability to incorporate AI into practical products
  • User discovery capability, including interviewing, observation, and problem definition
  • Ability to learn rapidly and become effective in unfamiliar business domains
  • Impact-focused, data-informed working style
  • Ability to solve complex problems and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders without relying on formal authority
  • Full professional proficiency in French
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Located in Paris or prepared to relocate there
  • Authorization to work in France
  • Bonus: experience defining specifications and prioritizing a backlog in a Product Manager capacity
