Senior Software Product Engineer, Paris Hybrid
Build AI-enabled tools at Seyna, an insurance technology company. Lead discovery, architecture, end-to-end delivery, deployment, and impact measurement.

- Work closely with the supported business team to understand its processes, regulatory requirements, and operational challenges
- Research user needs through interviews, observation, and process analysis
- Prioritize high-value problems and manage the backlog independently according to expected business impact
- Turn business needs into clear specifications and recorded architecture decisions
- Build, test, and deploy solutions across the full delivery lifecycle
- Uphold production standards through reviews, testing, monitoring, and documentation
- Use coding agents such as Claude Code to improve development speed
- Embed AI into products through automation, extraction, generation, and business-focused agents
- Set success measures with business teams, track adoption and impact, and refine solutions using data and feedback
- Reuse Seyna platform components in partnership with Product and Engineering
- Determine which components are suitable for industrialization
- Disseminate AI-assisted development practices throughout the organization
- Report directly to Guillaume, the CPTO
- Deliver work in two-week sprints from discovery through production

- Track record of delivering production-ready code
- Strong engineering discipline across architecture, testing, code review, monitoring, and documentation
