Description

  • Create and ship Go backend services for custodial and non-custodial wallet operations, liquidity transfers, and cross-chain bridging
  • Develop distributed systems for transaction lifecycles, signing, broadcasting, and on-chain reconciliation across Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, and other protocols
  • Improve the reliability, monitoring, and operational visibility of wallet services
  • Participate in incident response, post-incident reviews, and long-term fixes for Tier-0 availability
  • Work with Trading, Custody, Staking, and cross-platform teams to connect wallet services with downstream products
  • Establish service interfaces and manage dependencies across engineering teams
  • Break down legacy applications into modular, reusable platform services
  • Review code, offer design guidance, and share software architecture and engineering practices

Requirements

  • At least five years of software engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Go
  • Practical experience designing and operating service-oriented distributed systems
  • Background building, scaling, and maintaining production backend services where correctness and reliability are critical
  • Familiarity with blockchain systems, including transaction construction, on-chain indexing, or cross-chain integrations involving Ethereum, Bitcoin, or Solana
  • Experience splitting monolithic applications into scalable microservices or helping shape platform architecture shared across teams
  • Ability to work across teams, explain technical trade-offs, and independently take projects from design through production
  • Use generative AI responsibly with appropriate human oversight
  • Must be located in the United States
