Senior SAP MM Consultant – Remote in Brazil

Description

  • Gather and document requirements with business teams and stakeholders.
  • Assess feasibility and impacts, recommending solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
  • Configure and customize SAP MM to meet project requirements.
  • Produce functional specifications for ABAP work, integrations, and other technical objects.
  • Contribute to functional decisions across Supply Chain and Materials Management.
  • Support purchasing, procurement, materials management, and inventory processes.
  • Coordinate SAP MM integrations with FI, CO, SD, PP, and WM/EWM.
  • Create test scenarios and scripts, then perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Assist key users with validation, training, and adoption of new functionality.
  • Evaluate the effects of proposed changes on processes, data, integrations, and interfaces.
  • Participate in change management, environment readiness, and Go-Live activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and help stabilize delivered solutions.
  • Maintain functional documentation, solution designs, operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Support innovation, process improvement, and the adoption of SAP best practices.
  • Work independently in a consultative role to continuously improve SAP MM processes and solutions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as an SAP MM Analyst or Consultant.
  • Knowledge of purchasing, materials management, inventory, and procurement processes.
  • Experience eliciting and analyzing business requirements.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SAP MM.
  • Ability to prepare clear functional specifications.
  • Experience leading and performing unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Understanding of SAP MM integrations with other SAP modules.
  • Background in SAP implementation, rollout, or enhancement projects.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for collaborating with business teams.
  • Consultative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
