Senior Salesforce Technical Architect, Data 360 and Agentforce

Description

  • Assess existing Data 360 implementations from end to end.
  • Find and resolve bottlenecks in identity resolution, data ingestion, and calculated insights through targeted optimization.
  • Design scalable Data 360 architecture for Sales Transformation and RCA Migration, following Salesforce best practices.
  • Configure and tune batch and streaming ingestion connectors.
  • Build Data 360 integration flows with S3, Snowflake, MuleSoft, BigQuery, and Kafka using Zero Copy and standard ingestion frameworks.
  • Map source data streams (DDS) to Data Model Objects (DMOs) with the Cloud Information Model (CIM) and custom schemas.
  • Configure Data 360 as the context and grounding layer for Agentforce.
  • Enable real-time data access, vector embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Configure Data 360 directly, including DataWeave transformations, segments, calculated insights, and API integrations.

Requirements

  • Bring deep architectural and hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 or Data Cloud.
  • Have direct experience configuring Data 360 data layers to ground Agentforce AI agents in trusted enterprise data.
  • Demonstrate experience configuring standard and custom connectors, real-time streaming, batch ingestion, and Zero Copy data architecture.
  • Be proficient with Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Stream Objects (DSOs), and identity resolution rulesets.
  • Bring hands-on experience in identity resolution, data harmonization, governance, security modeling, and enterprise data flows.
