- Deliver new capabilities for a critical anti-money laundering platform to support regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Data and Technology partners as part of a product trio aligned around a shared mission and vision.
- Apply AI tools across product discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
- Own and evolve the product roadmap.
- Contribute centrally to a multi-year, company-wide Enterprise Risk Management transformation.
- Use human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving, and transformational leadership practices.
- Guide cross-functional teams in addressing customer needs and building organizational alignment.
Requirements
- Hold or be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field, business, or marketing, with completion required by the scheduled start date.
- Alternatively, hold a bachelor's degree in any field and have at least four years of product management experience.
- Experience converting business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products is preferred.
- Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One.
