Senior Onsite Maintenance Technician at Trulieve

Maintain Trulieve’s cannabis processing plant equipment and facility systems in an onsite maintenance role. Troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and packaging equipment.

Description

  • Diagnose, maintain, and install processing and packaging equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical distribution, HVAC, and lighting systems
  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to improve the efficiency and service life of equipment and building systems
  • Prioritize and respond to production line calls and maintenance tickets
  • Maintain HVAC, plumbing, lighting, structural, and other facility systems
  • Work with the maintenance team to resolve production equipment and building-system issues
  • Support parts and materials inventory activities
  • Record parts and materials consumption accurately
  • Document completed maintenance work in line with planned maintenance procedures
  • Handle additional assigned maintenance responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma plus trade school, apprenticeship, or relevant military training is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic electrical and mechanical principles and troubleshooting
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical circuits and technical drawings
  • Experience troubleshooting control and low-voltage systems
  • Proficiency with electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, ammeters, and meggers
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely
  • Knowledge of maintenance safety practices, including personal protective equipment and lockout/tagout procedures
  • Ability to frequently lift and move materials or equipment up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods
  • Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and coordinate risk mitigation with onsite team leads
  • Strong verbal, electronic, and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • At least 21 years old, or at least 18 in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background screening
  • Ability to satisfy specified physical, visual, communication, PPE, and environmental exposure requirements
