Description
- Oversee construction delivery and monitor material quality
- Confirm that materials meet project specifications and completed tests
- Ensure construction follows the project’s specifications, design, and defined scope
- Address construction issues requiring involvement from the appointed works supervision team
- Coordinate and review contractor documentation
- Develop and assess architectural designs and validate documents against client requirements
- Coordinate structural and building-services disciplines to integrate all specialties
- Support the client and construction delivery through technical and site meetings
Requirements
- Degree in architecture
- At least 10 years of construction-supervision experience on specialized building projects
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience serving in works supervision roles
- Knowledge of national regulations and legislation
- Advanced English proficiency at B2 level or above
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Presto, and Microsoft Office
- Track record of working to high quality standards
