Senior On-Site Architect - Data Center Construction
Lead architectural design and construction oversight for data center projects at Sener and Quark. Coordinate contractors, technical disciplines, and international client requirements.
Description
- Oversee construction execution and material quality.
- Confirm that materials match project specifications and completed tests.
- Verify that project delivery follows the approved specifications, definition, and design.
- Resolve construction issues in collaboration with the site supervision team.
- Coordinate and review contractor documentation.
- Develop and review architectural designs and validate documents against client requirements.
- Coordinate structural and building-services disciplines to integrate all specialties.
- Support the end client and construction delivery through technical and construction meetings.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture.
- At least 10 years of experience supervising construction on complex building projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience working within site supervision teams.
- Knowledge of national regulations and legislation.
- Advanced English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Presto, and Microsoft Office.
- Comfort working to demanding quality standards.
