Description
- Join the product team responsible for Portals & Platforms solutions
- Design, build, and improve business-critical applications
- Create new features with .NET 8, C#, and Blazor WebAssembly
- Develop reliable, maintainable application components and services
- Build the data access layer with Entity Framework Core
- Design and manage SQL Server and MongoDB databases
- Implement asynchronous messaging and event-driven architectures with RabbitMQ
- Help shape and evolve microservices-based solutions
- Create and maintain automated tests using a TDD approach
- Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Deliver corrective and evolutionary maintenance for existing applications
- Investigate and resolve incidents and technical issues
- Maintain the quality and stability of delivered developments
- Recommend technical improvements that strengthen reliability and maintainability
- Work with product and technical teams to support service continuity and ongoing evolution
Requirements
- Substantial .NET development experience, preferably in complex application environments
- Advanced knowledge of .NET 8 and C#
- Advanced knowledge of Blazor WebAssembly
- Advanced knowledge of Entity Framework Core
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server
- Advanced knowledge of MongoDB
- Advanced knowledge of RabbitMQ
- Strong experience with TDD and automated testing
- Microservices architecture experience is advantageous
- Professional proficiency in French or Dutch, plus passive understanding of the other language
- Fluent English is required
- Experience with Agile practices and business-critical applications is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- A self-directed, autonomous, and accountable approach
- Ability to own workstreams from start to finish and report on progress
- Strong commitment to development quality and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment
