Senior Microsoft Dynamics ERP Consultant - Hybrid

Description
- Deliver business consulting, implementation, and support services for Microsoft ERP solutions and related third-party products
- Direct complex ERP implementations from planning through delivery
- Analyze, prioritize, and evaluate business information to design integrated technology solutions for complex problems
- Train and support users of Microsoft Dynamics ERP platforms and related tools
- Travel to client sites for engagements that may begin early, extend into evenings, or require overnight stays
- Develop lasting client relationships and act as a trusted business advisor
- Apply accounting standards to GP configuration, process design, transaction testing, and posting methods
- Use industry-specific best practices to identify and resolve client challenges
- Contribute to improvements in practice methods, internal processes, and solution offerings
- Lead presales discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, and presentations
- Assess client needs and identify relevant service and product opportunities
- Coach consultants on best practices, project delivery methods, and professional services
- Direct and review consultant project work while fostering effective teamwork
- Keep vendor and industry certifications current and stay informed about products and solutions
- Promote a positive and professional team environment across regional and virtual practices
- Achieve the annual billable-hours target
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience with operational accounting, product distribution and fulfillment, warehouse management, manufacturing, or related business processes
- At least 8 years of experience in business consulting, business systems support, or accounting and ERP solution implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or operations management, management information systems, or equivalent experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word templates and Excel PivotTables
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting principles and standard bookkeeping procedures
