  • Deliver business consulting, implementation, and support services for Microsoft ERP solutions and related third-party products
  • Direct complex ERP implementations from planning through delivery
  • Analyze, prioritize, and evaluate business information to design integrated technology solutions for complex problems
  • Train and support users of Microsoft Dynamics ERP platforms and related tools
  • Travel to client sites for engagements that may begin early, extend into evenings, or require overnight stays
  • Develop lasting client relationships and act as a trusted business advisor
  • Apply accounting standards to GP configuration, process design, transaction testing, and posting methods
  • Use industry-specific best practices to identify and resolve client challenges
  • Contribute to improvements in practice methods, internal processes, and solution offerings
  • Lead presales discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, and presentations
  • Assess client needs and identify relevant service and product opportunities
  • Coach consultants on best practices, project delivery methods, and professional services
  • Direct and review consultant project work while fostering effective teamwork
  • Keep vendor and industry certifications current and stay informed about products and solutions
  • Promote a positive and professional team environment across regional and virtual practices
  • Achieve the annual billable-hours target

Талаптар

  • At least 15 years of experience with operational accounting, product distribution and fulfillment, warehouse management, manufacturing, or related business processes
  • At least 8 years of experience in business consulting, business systems support, or accounting and ERP solution implementation
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or operations management, management information systems, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word templates and Excel PivotTables
  • Ability to write SQL queries
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting principles and standard bookkeeping procedures
  • Results-oriented approach
