Description
- Design end-to-end GCP architectures for ingesting, processing, storing, and serving clinical data with HL7 FHIR standards
- Implement and operate GCP Healthcare Data Engine, Cloud Healthcare API, BigQuery, Dataproc, and Pub/Sub for high-throughput healthcare workflows
- Develop pipelines that transform HL7 v2, C-CDA, and DICOM data into FHIR resources and JSON structures
- Apply HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, and SOC 2 controls using IAM, KMS, and Data Loss Prevention
Requirements
- At least 8 years of cloud architecture experience, including 3 or more years working with GCP healthcare solutions
- Advanced knowledge of HL7 FHIR STU3 and R4, including profiling, resources, bundles, and RESTful API operations
- Expertise with Cloud Healthcare API, BigQuery, Dataflow or Apache Beam, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions or Cloud Run, and IAM
- Experience integrating HL7 v2, CCDA, and X12 EDI data through Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or native GCP mapping tools
- Strong SQL, NoSQL, and relational data-modeling skills for healthcare analytics
