Description

  • Build and maintain IDRE, an Independent Dispute Resolution platform operating under the federal No Surprises Act.
  • Develop full-stack functionality with React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL.
  • Take ownership of features from product discussions through production release.
  • Implement settlement calculations and case-state tracking for healthcare disputes.
  • Collaborate daily with a small senior engineering team and colleagues based in the United States.
  • Help shape software architecture and product direction.
  • Work on financial and transactional systems related to payments, billing, claims, or settlements.

Requirements

  • At least six years of professional software development experience.
  • Production experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL databases including MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Advanced professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Residence in a Latin American country.
  • Availability for substantial daily working-hour overlap with US Eastern Time.
  • Ability to work and invoice as an independent contractor in your country of residence.
  • Complete the application independently and personally.
  • Participate in live video interviews with the camera enabled.
