Description
- Deliver ULYS/Sopra ERP expertise to business and IT stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve functional, technical, and operational incidents
- Contribute to ERP improvement, convergence, and optimization initiatives
- Provide ongoing support, maintain service continuity, and share knowledge with internal teams
- Coordinate with business, IT, and client stakeholders on this strategic assignment
Requirements
- Demonstrated ULYS/Sopra ERP expertise gained through several years of relevant experience
- Strong capabilities in functional and technical analysis
- Background in ERP support, operational maintenance, and project delivery
- Familiarity with Microsoft environments and IT transformation settings is advantageous
- Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability
- Able to work autonomously with strong organizational discipline
- Confident communicating with both technical and business audiences
- Willingness to share expertise and contribute to team development
- Recent practical experience with the ULYS/Sopra ERP system is required
- Mid-to-senior profile capable of becoming effective quickly
- Experience in social housing or IT system consolidation and convergence projects is beneficial
