Senior Execution Engineer

Lead capital maintenance and operational projects across Enbridge’s Prairie Region pipeline network. Provide engineering direction, coordinate contractors, and guide safe project delivery.

Description

  • Plan and deliver capital maintenance and operational projects.
  • Arrange project resources and procurement, and coordinate contractors.
  • Provide engineering guidance for electrical, mechanical, civil, and equipment repair and replacement projects throughout the Prairie Region.
  • Work with operations, maintenance teams, project sponsors, and contractors to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Develop technical responses to operational and maintenance challenges in line with company standards, specifications, and regulations.
  • Keep project records, technical documents, drawings, and asset information current throughout each project.
  • Transfer project information into asset management systems.
  • Coach junior engineers and regional staff.
  • Contribute to emergency response as an Incident Command System resource.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Have a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) licence in Alberta or Saskatchewan.
  • Bring at least six years of relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Bring a collaborative, team-oriented, customer-focused approach.
  • Communicate technical and non-technical information effectively to varied audiences.
  • Know engineering project delivery, construction standards, and operations and maintenance practices.
  • Pipeline operations, maintenance, or integrity experience is an asset.
  • Be able to travel and work across Canada.
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence and maintain a responsible driving record.
  • Be legally authorized to work in Canada without current or future employment-based sponsorship.
