Description

  • Translate complex, multi-source operational data into useful planning inputs
  • Work with operations, finance, and department leaders to clarify decision-making needs
  • Create tools and data products that let planners and leaders answer questions independently
  • Develop reliable measures for forecast accuracy, capacity utilization, cost per prescription, and key business drivers
  • Own pipelines that combine workforce, volume, and operational data from multiple platforms
  • Maintain the data models that support forecasting tools
  • Own dashboards and self-service resources for operations leaders
  • Define and manage KPI frameworks
  • Indicate your preferred focus area in the application

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, planning, or forecasting
  • Advanced SQL capability, including writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries on large operational datasets
  • Demonstrated ability to turn data into practical business decisions
  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to nontechnical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business field
  • For Focus Area 1: Experience developing ETL or ELT pipelines in a cloud data environment such as Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks
  • For Focus Area 1: Proficiency with Python
  • For Focus Area 1: Understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehouse architecture
  • For Focus Area 2: Advanced Power BI experience, or Tableau or Looker experience with willingness to transition
  • For Focus Area 2: Experience creating KPI frameworks from the ground up
  • For Focus Area 2: Ability to break metrics down to their root causes
  • A dedicated, interruption-free workspace for protecting PHI and HIPAA information
  • Home internet service with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
