Senior Data Analyst – Lottie (Hybrid, UK)

Lead commercial, product, and financial analytics for Lottie’s AI-powered social care platform. Build dashboards, run experiments, and advance AI-enabled analytics workflows.

Description

  • Use analytics with Commercial, Finance, and Product teams to inform business strategy
  • Deliver end-to-end analytics across pipelines, dashboards, experiments, and stakeholder communications
  • Integrate AI into analytics through prompt workflows, Hex-assisted analysis, Metabase iteration, and automation
  • Enable colleagues to use AI and Metabase effectively for self-service analytics
  • Partner with leadership on commercial priorities and marketplace performance
  • Use BigQuery and Hex to uncover acquisition opportunities and demonstrate platform value
  • Study care-provider behavior in Found and design experiments to assess causal relationships
  • Partner with Finance to improve processes, maintain accuracy, and support board reporting
  • Evaluate ad hoc requests, prioritize high-value work, and develop self-service dashboards
  • Work closely with a small, fast-moving analytics team and company leadership

Requirements

  • At least four years of professional data analytics experience
  • Advanced SQL ability, including reviewing, challenging, and correcting AI-generated queries
  • Hands-on use of AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or Hex AI in analytics work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Skill in turning complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives
  • Ability to define requests and appropriately challenge senior stakeholders
  • Strong numerical and statistical capability
  • Ability to communicate analytical methods clearly
  • Marketplace or go-to-market experience is advantageous
  • Experience with BigQuery, Dataform, Metabase, and Hex, or equivalent tools
  • Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
