Description
- Develop management and departmental reports, analyses, and KPI frameworks
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and planning throughout the financial year
- Investigate variances and translate findings into practical recommendations
- Create analyses and presentations that support business decisions
- Partner with Accounting to maintain accurate, consistent, and credible data
- Improve and expand established controlling processes
- Contribute to Finance projects and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable discipline
- At least three years of professional experience in Controlling, preferably in a similar role
- Solid grasp of business relationships, planning cycles, and reporting processes
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools is beneficial
- Strong numerical aptitude combined with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organized, proactive working style with clear communication and a hands-on approach
- Fluent written and spoken German; additional English proficiency is an advantage
